from Wikipedia & the U.S. CensusHarvey is a city in Wells County, North Dakota, United States. The population was 1,650 at the 2020 census. Harvey was founded in 1893 as a division point by the Soo Line Railway. Harvey is believed to have been named for a director of the Soo Line Railway, Col. Scott William Harvey of Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Harvey was established in 1906. Between the 2010 and 2020 censuses its population fell from 1,783 to 1,650 (-7%). Half of its homes were built before 1969.
