Fountain Bluff Township is one of sixteen townships in Jackson County, Illinois, USA. As of the 2020 census, its population was 204 and it contained 94 housing units. It includes Fountain Bluff, a range of hills.

Its population held steady between the last two censuses: 208 people in 2010, 204 in 2020. Half of its homes were built before 1965.
