Ellsworth is a village in and the county seat of Pierce County, Wisconsin, United States. The population was 3,348 at the 2020 census. The village is adjacent to the Town of Ellsworth and incorporates the former community of East Ellsworth. Ellsworth is home to the Ellsworth Cooperative Creamery, a farmer-owned dairy cooperative established in 1910, and hosts the annual Cheese Curd Festival, celebrating the community's dairy heritage.
