Brillion ( BRIL-yən) is a city in Calumet County, Wisconsin, United States. The population was 3,262 as of the 2020 census. The city is located within the Town of Brillion, though it is politically independent.

Between the 2010 and 2020 censuses its population grew from 3,148 to 3,262 (+4%). Half of its homes were built before 1971.
