Town in Virginia, United StatesNarrows, named for the narrowing of the New River that flows through the town, is a town in Giles County, Virginia, United States. As of the 2020 census, Narrows had a population of 2,093. It is part of the Blacksburg-Christiansburg metropolitan area.
