Greenbush is a census-designated place (CDP) in Accomack County, Virginia, United States. Per the 2020 census, the population was 224. Hills Farm was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2008.

Its population held steady between the last two censuses: 220 in 2010, 224 in 2020.
