Town in Virginia, United StatesClinchco is a town in Dickenson County, Virginia, in the United States. The town, formerly known as Moss, was named for both the Clinchfield Railroad and the Clinchfield Coal Corporation. As of the 2020 census, Clinchco had a population of 244. The Clinchco post office was established in 1917.
