About Edcouch
City in TexasEdcouch is a city in Hidalgo County, Texas, United States. As of the 2020 census, Edcouch had a population of 2,732. It is part of the McAllen–Edinburg–Mission and Reynosa–McAllen metropolitan areas. The town was founded in 1927 and named for Edward Couch, landowner and banker.
