Surgoinsville is a town in Hawkins County, Tennessee, United States. The 2020 census showed a population of 1,882, an increase over the figure of 1,801 tabulated in 2010. It is part of the Kingsport–Bristol–Bristol metropolitan area, which is a component of the Tri-Cities region. The Phipps Bend Nuclear Plant is nearby.
