Ravenel is a town in Charleston County, South Carolina, United States. As of the 2020 census, Ravenel had a population of 2,542. Ravenel is part of the Charleston-North Charleston-Summerville metropolitan area.

Between the 2010 and 2020 censuses its population grew from 2,465 to 2,542 (+3%). Half of its homes were built before 1993.
