Fermanagh Township is a township in Juniata County, Pennsylvania, United States. The population was 2,865 at the 2020 census, an increase over the figure of 2,811 tabulated in 2010. The township was named after County Fermanagh in Ireland.

Fermanagh was established in 1754. Its population held steady between the last two censuses: 2,811 people in 2010, 2,866 in 2020. Half of its homes were built before 1975.
