from Wikipedia & the U.S. CensusBennington Township is one of the sixteen townships of Morrow County, Ohio, United States. The 2020 census found 3,297 people in the township, 283 of whom lived in the village of Marengo.
Between the 2010 and 2020 censuses its population grew from 3,102 to 3,297 (+6%). Half of its homes were built before 1989.
