Town in New York, United StatesRussia is a town in Herkimer County, New York, United States. The population was 2,269 at the 2020 census, down from 2,587 in 2010. The town is located in the northwestern part of the county and is northeast of Utica. The northern part of the town is in the Adirondack Park.
