North Patchogue (, PATCH-awg) is a hamlet and census-designated place (CDP) located within the Town of Brookhaven on Long Island, in Suffolk County, New York, United States. As of the 2020 census, North Patchogue had a population of 6,751.

Between the 2010 and 2020 censuses its population fell from 7,246 to 6,751 (-7%).
