Angola on the Lake is a hamlet and census-designated place (CDP) in Erie County, New York, United States. As of the 2020 census, Angola on the Lake had a population of 1,481. It is part of the Buffalo-Niagara Falls metropolitan area. Angola on the Lake is in the town of Evans and is west of the village of Angola. The hamlet is located on the eastern shore of Lake Erie.
