Walker Township is a township in Henry County, in the U.S. state of Missouri. Walker Township was established in 1873, taking its name from Calvin Edward Walker, a pioneer citizen.

Its population held steady between the last two censuses: 209 people in 2010, 212 in 2020. Half of its homes were built before 2001.
