City in Missouri, U.S.Monett ( MOH-net) is the most-populous city in Barry and Lawrence counties in Missouri, United States. The city is located in the Ozarks, just south of Interstate 44 between Joplin and Springfield. According to the 2025 census population estimate, the town is home to an estimated 10,248 individuals.
