Duquesne ( dew-KAYN) is a Fourth-Class City in Jasper County, Missouri, United States. The population was 2,159 at the 2020 census. It is part of the Joplin, Missouri Metropolitan Statistical Area.

Between the 2010 and 2020 censuses its population grew from 1,763 to 2,159 (+22%). Half of its homes were built before 2005.
