from Wikipedia & the U.S. CensusGranite Rock Township is one of the twenty-six townships of Redwood County, Minnesota, United States. The population was 241 at the 2000 census. Granite Rock Township was organized in 1890, and named for the granite rock formations in the Redwood River valley.
Between the 2010 and 2020 censuses its population fell from 225 to 203 (-10%). Half of its homes were built before 1938.
