Eglon Township is a township in Clay County, Minnesota, United States. The population was 440 at the 2000 census. Eglon Township was named directly or indirectly after Eglon in ancient Palestine.

Between the 2010 and 2020 censuses its population grew from 508 to 708 (+39%). Half of its homes were built before 1993.
