Brandrup Township is a township in Wilkin County, Minnesota, United States. The population was 172 at the 2000 census. Brandrup Township was named for Andrew Brandrup, an early settler who went to become a county official.

Between the 2010 and 2020 censuses its population fell from 158 to 144 (-9%).
