Bloomfield Township is a township in Fillmore County, Minnesota, United States. The population was 414 at the 2000 census. Bloomfield Township borders Beaver Township, Forestville Township, and Spring Valley Township. Bloomfield Township was organized in 1858.

Between the 2010 and 2020 censuses its population fell from 353 to 324 (-8%). Half of its homes were built before 1951.
