City in Michigan, United StatesRockwood is a city in Wayne County in the U.S. state of Michigan. A Downriver suburb of Detroit, Rockwood is located roughly 23 miles (37.0 km) southwest of downtown Detroit. As of the 2020 census, Rockwood had a population of 3,240.
