Hamilton Township is a civil township of Van Buren County in the U.S. state of Michigan. As of the 2020 census, the township population was 1,370. The township is mostly agricultural with no towns. There are some private campgrounds and cottages at Lake-of-the-Woods. Hamilton Township was organized in 1839.
