Civil township in Michigan, United StatesAntioch Township is a civil township of Wexford County in the U.S. state of Michigan. The population was 900 at the 2020 census. The township is home to Briar Hill, the highest elevation in the Lower Peninsula at 1,706 feet (520 m) above sea level.
