Little Falls is a census-designated place (CDP) in the town of Gorham in Cumberland County, Maine, United States. As of the 2020 census, Little Falls had a population of 863. Prior to 2010, Little Falls was part of the Little Falls-South Windham census-designated place. It is part of the Portland–South Portland–Biddeford, Maine Metropolitan Statistical Area.

Between the 2010 and 2020 censuses its population grew from 708 to 863 (+22%). Half of its homes were built before 1979.
