Underwood Memorial Library serves Fayette’s 1,237 residents. Last year it logged 1,939 visits, about 1.6 for every resident, and lent 2,317 books, movies and e-books.
It’s open about 14 hours a week at 2006 Main Street. It’s fine-free, so there are no late fees. A card also gets you e-books, audiobooks and research databases.
