The population was 19 at the 2020 census, making it the least populated city in Kentucky after South Park View dissolved in 2023. It is part of the Maysville Micropolitan Statistical Area.
Between the 2010 and 2020 censuses its population fell from 35 to 19 (-46%). Half of its homes were built before 1946.
