from WikipediaRead it all ↗Napoleon was laid out in 1820. The town was named in honor of Napoleon (1769–1821), a French General and Emperor. A post office has been in operation at Napoleon since 1821.
The Central House and Elias Conwell House are listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
