Jupiter is the northernmost town in Palm Beach County, Florida, United States. Located along the Atlantic coast of South Florida at the mouth of the Loxahatchee River, the town is bordered by the Atlantic Ocean to the east, Martin County and the village of Tequesta to the north, unincorporated Palm Beach County to the west, and Juno Beach to the south. The town is connected to the Intracoastal Waterway through the Indian River Lagoon, which reaches its southern terminus at the Jupiter Inlet. Approximately 84 miles (135 km) north of Miami and 15 miles (24 km) north of West Palm Beach, Jupiter, together with the adjacent village of Tequesta, forms the northernmost municipality in the Miami me…
