Heritage Bay is a census-designated place (CDP) in northern Collier County, Florida, United States. It is 18 miles (29 km) northeast of Naples and 12 miles (19 km) southeast of Bonita Springs. The community was first listed as a CDP prior to the 2020 census. The population was 1,117 at the 2020 census. It is part of the Naples-Marco Island, Florida Metropolitan Statistical Area.
