Rough Rock (Navajo: Tséchʼízhí) is a census-designated place (CDP) in Apache County, Arizona, United States. The population was 414 at the 2010 census.

Between the 2010 and 2020 censuses its population grew from 414 to 428 (+3%). Half of its homes were built before 1988.
