from Wikipedia & the U.S. CensusWynne (/ˈwɪn/) is the largest city in and the county seat of Cross County, Arkansas, United States. The population was 8,314 at the 2020 Census. Nestled between the Arkansas Delta and Crowley's Ridge, Wynne is the closest city to the second-largest state park in Arkansas, Village Creek State Park.
Wynne was established in 1882. Its population held steady between the last two censuses: 8,367 people in 2010, 8,314 in 2020. Half of its homes were built before 1978.
