Linville is a census-designated place located in Rockingham County, in the U.S. state of Virginia. It is located six miles north of Harrisonburg. As of the 2020 census, Linville had a population of 355. It is for the first time listed as CDP for the United States Census 2020. It contains the Linville United Church of Christ.
