Missing Local Favorites

I was driving through town the other day and noticed that some of the old storefronts are still empty. It made me think about which closed local business people miss the most. With our town's history and character, it's a shame to see some of those familiar faces go, like the old spots where we used to grab a bite or meet with friends near the junction of the Rum River and its West Branch. What local business do you wish would reopen or take the place of one that's no longer here?
