About Ballston
Town in New York, United StatesBallston is a town in Saratoga County, New York, United States. The population was 11,831 at the 2020 census. The name is derived from an early settler, Eliphalet Ball, a Presbyterian minister who relocated there from Westchester County, New York, in 1770. The town is in the southern part of the county, and is north of Schenectady.
