Township in Burlington County, New Jersey, USSpringfield Township is a township in Burlington County, in the U.S. state of New Jersey. As of the 2020 United States census, the township's population was 3,245, a decrease of 169 (−5.0%) from the 2010 census count of 3,414, which in turn reflected an increase of 187 (+5.8%) from the 3,227 counted in the 2000 census. The township, and all of Burlington County, is a part of the Philadelphia metropolitan area.
