About Great Scott

Township in Minnesota, United States

Great Scott Township is a township in Saint Louis County, Minnesota, United States. The population was 426 at the 2020 census. U.S. Highway 169 and Saint Louis County Highway 25 (CR 25) are two of the main routes in the township. Highway 169 runs east–west throughout the township. CR 25 runs north–south through the township. The cities of Buhl and Kinney are both located within Great Scott Township geographically but are separate entities. Buhl and Kinney are politically independent of the township.
