Greenland is an unincorporated community and census-designated place (CDP) in Greenland Township, Ontonagon County, Michigan, United States. It is 1 mile (1.6 km) north of Mass City. State highway M-38 forms the northern edge of the community, leading northwest 11 miles (18 km) to Ontonagon, the county seat, and east 30 miles (48 km) to Baraga. As of the 2020 census, Greenland had a population of 146. Greenland was first listed as a CDP prior to the 2020 census.
