About Ferry
Township in Michigan, United StatesFerry Township is a civil township of Oceana County in the U.S. state of Michigan. The population was 1,271 at the 2020 census. Ferry Township was established in 1869. It was named for U.S.representative and later U.S. senator from Michigan Thomas W. Ferry.
