About Algoma
Township in Michigan, United StatesAlgoma Township is a civil township of Kent County in the U.S. state of Michigan. The population was 12,055 at the 2020 census, which is a large increase from 9,932 at the 2010 census. The township is part of the Grand Rapids metropolitan area and is located about 10 miles (16 km) north of the city of Grand Rapids.
