Town in Maine, United StatesFalmouth ( FAL-məth) is a town in Cumberland County, Maine, United States. Falmouth is included in the Lewiston-Auburn, Maine metropolitan New England City and Town Area. The population was 12,444 at the 2020 census. It is part of the Portland-South Portland-Biddeford metropolitan area. A northern suburb of Portland, Falmouth borders Casco Bay and offers one of the largest anchorages in Maine.
