Town in Massachusetts, United StatesBillerica (pronounced bil-RIK-ə) is a town in Middlesex County, Massachusetts, United States. The population was 42,119 according to the 2020 census. The town is located in Eastern Massachusetts approximately 18 miles (29 km) northwest of Boston. It takes its name from the town of Billericay in Essex, England.
