Cayuga, originally known as Cayuga Springs, is an unincorporated community and census-designated place (CDP) in Delaware County, Oklahoma, United States. It was established on the Elk River in the old Seneca Reserve in Indian Territory by Mathias Splitlog and his family in the 1870's.
